Reporting Damage or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged item, the wrong product, or notice any missing items, please report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
- A 360-degree unboxing video is required as evidence.
- The video must clearly show the issue without any pauses or cuts.
Refund for Accepted Claims
If we accept your claim after reviewing the video and confirm damages or missing items, a refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
In case of replacement, the new product will be delivered within 5-7 working days
